| Full Service and Special Events Menu |
In an effort to accommodate all of your catering needs, Max’s has created a full service and special events menu. We understand that special functions, large or small, call for extra attention to detail. Whether you require a custom designed menu, flowers, party staff, or liquor service, Max’s can help you stage a memorable event.
All of the offerings on the menu are made from scratch using only the freshest ingredients. Creatively prepared and artfully presented, the items lend themselves well to many different types of functions. Please bear in mind that this menu was designed to give you a general idea of what we can provide, it is not a complete list of offerings. Please feel free to call and consult with a catering manager to customize a menu for your special occasion.
*Kosher style food may be provided on 48 hour notice. Keep in mind we do not have a kosher kitchen, but can prepare meals made with kosher products. |
Notice
Due to the increased preparation time of these selections, Max’s requires a 72 hour notice when placing an order from this menu. (Sometimes exceptions may be made, please call to check our schedule.) |

| Equipment Rental |
| We offer to arrange for rentals including, but not limited to, tables, chairs, linens, china, flatware, and chafing dishes. The delivery fee for all rentals is included in the rental cost. Ask your catering manager for details. |
| Decorations |
| Max’s will be happy to arrange for flowers, balloons or any other props. |
| Additional Costs |
| All prices are subject to the 5% Massachusetts sales tax. Also, if necessary, any additional travel expenses or vehicle rentals will be charged to the client. |
| Payment Conditions |
| Max’s accepts all major credit cards, and checks. Or, qualified companies may open a corporate catering account, the terms of which are "net 30". For events over $500, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the date with the balance due on or before the day of the event. In the event of a cancellation, the client will be responsible for any costs accrued up to that point. |
| Personnel |
| We can provide service staff for your event. (Four hour minimum required.) Wait staff is available at the rate of $19.00 per hour, bar staff is available at the rate of $23.00 per hours. |
| Beverage Service |
| Service is available for a cost of $3.50 per person. This includes all napkins, plastic ware, mixers, ice and stirrers necessary to service a full bar. Also included in this price is liquor liability insurance. |
